This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of CoCreate World and applies to all users, content, and interactions on the platform.

1. Permitted Use

CoCreate World is a platform for creative professionals to connect, collaborate, and share their work. You may use CoCreate World to:

• Create and share creative content
• Connect and network with other creators
• Post and apply for creative opportunities
• Participate in community discussions
• Promote your genuine creative work and services

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or repetitive content
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data
• Post false or misleading information
• Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics
• Share content that sexualises minors in any way
• Facilitate or promote illegal activities
• Use the platform for money laundering or fraud

3. Content Standards

All content posted on CoCreate World must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You must only post content you own or have the right to share. By posting content, you grant CoCreate World a limited licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your creative work.

5. DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe your copyright-protected content has been posted without permission, please contact us at: legal@cocreateworld.com

Your notice must include: a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the infringing content; your contact information; and a statement of good faith belief. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 14 business days.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We maintain audit logs of all enforcement actions. In serious cases, we may report activity to law enforcement.
